if you pack freshly squeezed orange juice in half gallon boxes with colorful designs and fancy labels, sterilize, refrigerate, and store it on shelves at upmarket supermarts, you'll get better margins at 3 times the cost. mixing it with mango or pineapple will sell only to niche clientele. the worst scenario is consumption. after consuming and urination plus defecation if there's pulp, it's worthless. :p

Oi... sometimes also comes out as vomit. Sometimes as diarrhea. Diarrhea can still see pulp. See pulp means still worth something right?

if you ask gutter oil recyclers to start a new line of business in recycling pulp from vomit or diarrhea and repackage and resell it as "oranje" poop, oops sorry i mean pulp, they may do it. :o

The problem is every time, damn Choon, sure place on wrong shelves and nobody buy. Hit expiry date so has to throw away. Didn't get to drink the juice and still waste money packaging.

there's bound to be throwaways after best before date. they can be drunk as they have not truly expired, but not for retail shelves. lose some but sell more to make good returns. :wink:

The problem is they keep telling the farmers that they lose more and sell only some which is why they can't provide high returns for the juice. So farmer thinks consuming all the juice and die is better than being con off all the juice and die.
