As long as its not high key,have to waste 2 weeks in that stupid camp doing all those stupid exercises, fibua exercise and rifle cleaning.
Fibua and rifle cleaning can only be found in shitty units.
that sounds more like operation geylang, where beds are soiled and tubes are rifled.
low keys are unimportant and are not crucial for ROD/MR.
example of the system now:
if you start your reservist cycle in 2005, and have finished 7 high key trainings, 0 low key, some half-day briefings and some mob mannings during the 10 year cycle, you will be deemed to reach ROD/MR status in 2015.

some units MR with just 7HK icts. a friend in RP MRed with 7HK ict while me MRed after 11icts. but I didn't do fibua and also never go pasir laba for bctc too. my low keys icts were mostly 2 days training at armour simulator centre play computer games in freezing aircon.
