Have noted there is always a tendency for the dishes to be "Americanised", whether in terms of portions, serving and taste, for those Asian restaurants.

"poshest and largest" and "chinese restaurant" do not go together in ang moh land.

when talking about chinese food in western culture,it falls somewhere between junk food and dog food,cheap,satisfying and incredibly unhealthy like having a sundae covered with gravy and butter and sprinkled with deep fried bacon strips dipped in chocolate syrup wrapped in a taco filled guacamole and refried beans.
