PM Lee is rather stupid actually. He has made himself look extremely BAD politically. Asking the court to put injunction on Roy from speaking ALL CPF issues? What is he
thinking? This really makes him look worse than Roy's alleged defamation! He has made himself look like a BIG Dictator who pretends to put up Speakers' Corner for Freedom of Speech! Well, at least the court is smart to rule that the injunction only applies to the Defamatory part on PM Lee instead of EVERYTHING under the sun on CPF! The Judge has actually saved PM Lee from INTERNATIONAL embarrassment!

Secondly, winning this battle will make LHL lose the war altogether... how much should he ask from Roy for damages? As high as million dollar? Or even hundreds of thousands? If so, then he is slapping on his own face for all his past years effort to show that he is his own man, rather than "Daddy's boy"! He will be showing Singaporeans that he is just Like Father like Son lah!

Worse, if Roy went out for Crowd funding again and managed to get all the money to pay for these damages.... OUCH! That will be a HUGE TIGHT SLAP on PM Lee's face! I may not agree with Roy, but I am more annoyed by PAP LHL's defamation suit and I will definitely donate to help him to pay LHL, just to slap him on his face! IF there are thousands or even tens or hundreds of thousand people donating, that will be Thousands of SLAPPING on PM Lee's face!

If PM Lee is going to ask for anything less, then he is in fact slapping his own face! OUCH! So how does LHL get out of this Catch 22 situation which he and his lawyers have put him into this corner? Hahaha!

Someone has made a suggestion but I am not going to reveal here... not going to help stupid PM to get out of bad PR!

Injunction against speaking about ANYTHING pertaining to CPF???!!!

Me thinks that PM Lee is very lucky that the judge did not place an INJUNCTION against him for cheating/ attempting to cheat by campaigning INSIDE the poling station through loitering inside during GE1997. Of course, the AGC was at PM Lee's private service at that time and on his behalf, helped point out loopholes in the law. Roy Ngerng et al should have counter sued PM Lee on this point, if not for sake of counter injunction, then at least a judicial review about how constitutional the elections act is and whether the AGC understanding that loitering WITHIN A POLING STATION would be legal or not...its like saying molest is a crime but there is no provision in law to make rape a punishable offence. If AGC in 1997 wasn't corrupt/biased, than what is???!!.
