Appointing 'reliable' judges has always been tricky for political leaders in a democracy. Of course, the leader of the day would have to see a judge as being pro-them before appointing this person. The beauty of it is that after appointing a judge, they should have no right of removing him except through a very robust process of having brother judges deem the person no longer competent. In Commonwealth countries, this often involves having judges from other Commonwealth countries help to make the decision. This means no judge can be removed by the political leadership even if he starts to make decisions against that leadership.

This new law allows the PAPzis to selectively decide which judges are more 'reliable' and can be kept beyond 65.

pap is standing on shaky grounds with such blatantly immoral policies.

Everyone can see WP's wise counter proposals and everyone can see pap's flawed recommendation.
