Gold drop when Japan announces more printing???

Maybe it is true that one is able to create money out of thin air to buy stuff and prosperity.
Maybe the MAS should try that? and buy gold or whatever with the newly created Sing dollars

China and India buying more and more gold...........30% above spot price even...............

but gold prices drop................why ?

Gold has been demonetized. It is no longer a monetary metal, so we can expect it to behave no differently from other rare elements like platinum, yttrium, scandium, etc. It does not have to go up when there is money printing.

If this is the case, wouldn't it be wonderful if all CBs could print all the way to prosperity?. MAS included.

Well, something has got to give..........
Would it even make sense to buy real estate in Japan at this point of time.

In the single day, the Yen has dropped 8% against the Sing dollar, after BOJ announcement.
One thing I know is that visiting Japan this coming December holiday is going to be cheaper.

Money printing will lead to inflation. Cost of living goes up, so standard of living drops. Worst affected are the lower income.

Nothing is wrong with gold just some CB dumping it to get cash funds relief. Jap happy printing is because they ran out of options. Certainly time to get somemore
