Another money making scheme cooked up by HLP protesters?

Is this a ploy to ask people to donate money? Leong Sze hian is the mentor for Roy Ngerng and Han Hui Hui. Since most of the time, there isnt need to pay bail and even if it is paid, the money will be returned back after the sentencing.

From the last donations by Roy Ngerng, he collected more than 100k when he only need 70k. There are excess money enough for the bail. Why do they need another 30k when he has the excess?

CPIB should start with Peoples Association first whose accounts are dubiously kept for years ... even Auditor General also clueless about the mess.
