My take: Achieved absolute power (mainly because Sinkies are ball-less, he would have failed miserably even in a similarly small place like Hong Kong) but not lasting legacy = Prince who is all powerful when he is alive and kicking but when dead history will give him a harsh but correct judgement. Old Fart should have read the Prince TOGETHER with the Discourses and adapt to the circumstances which he finds himself in and the aims he wish to achieve (which I think includes lasting legacy). I read both books = Old Fart is not as smart as me

I tend to agree with you. PA will send its "volunteers" and other GLCS eg NTUC, SLF, etc will send their staff. I wont be surprised if these "mourners" will be paid handsomely
