An Indonesian youth allegedly threw a baby pram, shoes, clothes pegs and a kick scooter from the fifth-storey common corridor of Block 240 at Tampines Street 12.
Dhimas Dhilla Rendyno, 17, was charged with committing a rash act with three accomplices at about 1am on Sept 19.
Court papers indicated that the prosecution would be proceeding with two other charges against Dhimas.
In the first charge, he was alleged to have been with an accomplice who possessed an offensive weapon - "a knife with a blade measuring 25cm" - in the void deck of Block 160 at Tampines Street 12 on Sept 19.
In the second, he is accused of having "dishonestly misappropriated" a black bag containing a mobile phone, a wallet, an identity and POSB cards, and cash totalling $40.
He had allegedly taken the bag at *Scape in Orchard Road.
Three other charges - two of mischief with common intention and one of armed robbery - will be taken into consideration.
MISCHIEF
In one of the mischief charges, Dhimas is alleged to have used a black marker to write, among other things, "O$P$" on the wall outside a unit at Block 240 at about 1.15am on Sept 19.
If found guilty of a rash act, he can be jailed up to six months or fined up to $2,500, or both.
For the offensive weapon charge, he can be jailed up to five years and caned up to six strokes. For misappropriation, he can be jailed up to two years, fined or both.
