Stupid m&d kenna conned, jaik leow bee, wait kenna countered sued back by the defender if police drop the case under Sec 2X and 2X of defamation act.
Any civil servant/ police letter send to the receiver of an allegation and if it is not true, the receiver can counter sue the complainant for slander.
A former NSP candidate, Abdul Salim Harun, for Marine Parade GRC in the 2011 general election has filed a police report (29 Sep) against close associates of the PAP for slandering him online.
According to Mr Salim, a Facebook user by the name of Jin Zheng slandered him on the Facebook page, “Fabrications About The PAP” [Link].
The “Fabrications About The PAP” Facebook page was created and administered by one Jason Chua Chin Seng. According to its page description, it is supposed to dispel “fabrications” about PAP:
