This is actually a decisive move by the Indian state channel. A bit harsh perhaps, but Doordarshan determination to raise their broadcasting standards deserves some credit..

If the same mistake had been committed by CNA, you can bet your bottom dollar the PAPzi masters would just brush it aside and call it 'an honest mistake'.
