The car, SJH 9065R driver was wrong, how can he stop his car in the middle of the road? luckily the stomper not traveling in high speed else he will collide into the rear of the car and fly over into the air and hit the concrete separator ended up with severe head injury or killed. 2. The 2 motorcyclist should call ambulance and to hospital for checkup. They flew and landed quite hard and serious knocked.
a. It may seems nothing wrong with them at the time but the body may get developed health problem later, in next few hours, days or months later.
b. Doctor can check the health problem arises from hard knocks from an accident and recalled an accident like this.
c. Claimed from insurance company for medical bill is possible.
Don't play play.

not the car driver's fault. any vehicle in front can slow down or come to a complete stop depending on traffic or obstruction or an accident or some fool or animal trying to across the freeway (yup, it happens). the onus is on vehicles behind. have to keep a safe distance, observe for erratic drivers, traffic slow down or complete stop, and maintain awareness at all times for blind spots and other adjacent traffic. the problem was 100% with the motorcyclist trying to split lanes at high speed, even when car in front had come to a standstill. he missed. luckily yellow truck stopped and blocked traffic in the middle lane; otherwise, other vehicles would have run over dazed chick.
No full stopping on right lane. PAP at fault. Lousy and incompetent government not adequately provide warning signs on the roads.
Why the car suddenly stop in the middle of the road and he didn't put out the double signal light? That is kind of irresponsible.
Motorcycle's fault. That motorcyclist not suppose to over take vehicle in between lanes. Furthermore, he is speeding! He is lucky to be still alive. The motorcyclist with the camera is doing the right thing by following behind the car and riding in the middle of the lane. The rest speeding in between the lanes are idiots waiting for accidents to happen. The only innocent victim here is the car owner.
