Scumbag Yang Yin is a PR yet he was an Integration and Naturalization Champion as well as a member of the Jalan Kayu Neighbourhood committee.

He was present at the citizenship ceremony (Inderjit Singh was the Guest of Honor) and the group photo taken is use as the cover photo for Jalan Kayu Integration & Naturalization Champion (INC) website. That cover photo is still there before this post is submitted.
Obviously, the Jalan Kayu (INC) jiak liao bee grassroots are proud of this scumbag.

Pinky is the chairman of PA. So, how can he not know or be informed on a case of this magnitude.

Pinky, Intan and Inderjit Singh are all in AMK GRC. Voters in this GRC should do some reflection and ask yourself in whose interest are they serving?

Looks like really only the rich can afford the luxury of taking the risk of signing LPA to give control to someone. The poor and middle class who cannot afford time and money to go prove this and that to take back control better stay 10 feet away. They should make it as easy as changing a will, don't understand why must make it so difficult to change LPA?

The studio's address is listed as the bungalow of the wealthy widow who handed control of her $40 million worth of assets to the former tour guide in 2012, after he became a Singapore PR.

Back in March 2009, local recruitment firm Rikvin helped Mr Yang set up the Young Music and Dance Studio, with him as managing director.

A month later, the firm applied for an EP on Mr Yang's behalf. The application was turned down. But Rikvin's second attempt on Mr Yang's behalf, in September that year, was successful, according to ST checks.
