Our market too small to offer that kind of bribe. Most of the time when you give away bribe you are considering whether you can make the money back. Sad thing is that we only attract people with low quality calibre. The proof is glaring. The prostitute at Toa Payoh is making such a great deal over things. Why didn't they interview the police small fry who back paddle during the riot at little india ? Why didn't they ask the police commissioner why his ball drop during the riot ?
