This is probably a porlumpar action that goes grossly wrong. Possible reason for such a "smart" man making such a silly mistake are :
1. The initiative was from someone much higher and he "cleverly" took it for real. However, no one is going to bail him out now.
2. Thinking that there is current effort to sell the new stadium to the public, he thought it would be good publicity stunt for Smrt to share the limelight.
Tracy started a thread on response from leaders of the past and the present. I am pretty sure of his destiny if GKS or LKS is in charge. Good that lui reacted quickly to this incident. Although it may appear trivial, it carries more damaging effect on other office bearers as it has infringed on the fundamentals of what public service is all about. It highlighted the degradation of the standard of top office bearers, giving the opportunity for public to lay claim that they are all the same.
How this matter ends will be a reflection on the resolve and sensitivity of our current leadership. Not very optimistic though.
