Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak via his Twitter account congratulated Nasarudin Mohd Yusof, for his collaborative work with the Organisation For The Prohibition Of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) which won the Nobel Peace Prize 2013.
The award was given to the OPCW for “its extensive efforts to eliminate chemical weapons and its usage around the world, according to the Nobel Prize website.
“Immensely proud of Nasarudin Mohd Yusof, our Nobel Peace Prize winner. Keep up the great work with @OPCW !” said Najib in his Twitter today.
Through the Nobel Peace Prize, the OPCW was awarded a medal, a diploma and 900,000 Euro in cash.
