The CHC head paled in comparison to that American convicted swindler, Madoff, who admitted to the crime and let his associates go free. The scumbag now seeks to hang his own associates by the balls while he tries to show his innocence.
The CHC head is just like a master generator feeding the power to the network comprising all his cronies. If that generator did not run well, how could the network function? If the guy claimed that he did not know this or know that, how could he be leading the CHC?
