One of the visitor comments (on the original Chinese website) remarked something poignant : "If he/she was born in a rich family in China, he/she would still enjoy life and power, and this medical condition wouldn't be a problem at all. But too bad he/she was born into a poor family, where his/her medical condition would cause him/her immeasurable suffering and discrimination from society."
