He appears to be an enterprising individual who appreciates the Singapore environment which is supportive of those who who want to get ahead in life.
I don't see anything wrong with him expressing his opinions and endorsing the Singapore system. It obviously works for him.
If the losers who constantly complain about how unfair life is actually got off their useless butts and put some effort into making something of their lives, they'd probably start appreciating Singapore too.

This would not have happened had the pappies not give out PRs to only those foreigners who have lived and worked here for a long time e.g. 10 years. Nothing is going to stop the FTs from living it up with an Employment Pass. They can still get sloshed up on liquor at Clarke Quay, or cycle across a road junction with heavy traffic, or whatever makes them happy.
The pappies were deliberately doing this, firstly to replenish the CPF reserves. Secondly, it also helps to fudge statistic by lumping the pink and blue cards together and calling them 'Singapore Residents'.
