Who do you think becoming our next leader after LKY?

I would prefer someone out of Lee family tree, and he/she must have heart for ordinary citizens.
Better if he/she could repeal the current salary bench and support for maximum 2-terms/ 10 years, declaration of assets by office bearers, etc.

Am I expecting too high?
