A friend said that one of the HDB blocks in Marine Crescent has a banner reading “JUSTICE” displayed at the upper corridor among the national flags fronting the block.

Any sbf forumers aware of this banner?

Is the owner of this banner shouting for justice for sinkies or if not, then for what purpose?
