To put him on par with Qin Shi Huang would be flattering for him.

If you really want to remember him together with someone in Chinese history, it would be the insidious and revengeful woman Empress Dowager Cixi (慈禧太后) who once said if somebody were to make her unhappy for a day, she would make the person unhappy for his / her entire life (谁要让我一天不快活，我就叫他一辈子不快活).

Lim Chin Siong, Chia Thye Poh, JBJ, Tang Liang Hong, Chee Soon Juan and many others... had all at different times made him unhappy.
