it's ok. just saw rich sinkies bringing their kids to changi terminal 3 for long hari raya weekend makan and playground day trip. cost of jiak hong excursion must be around sgd20 per person. sgd10 for gas, sgd10 for lunch. entry, playground and shopping at t3 free. :p
