i have an electric motor actuator connected to a quarter turn butterfly valve shaft.
of late the whole feature is jam.
manual bypass does not work.
base on preliminary analysis without dismantling the whole motor out ,is it possible to tell if butterfly valve is jam.
manual bypass is done when i ensure that water pressure in the pipe is no longer presence
could the jam might come from the motor or gear of the actuator?
is it necessary to separate the actuator from the butterfly valve to determine if the shaft can turn freely
