I know, eat at your own peril....:p Our Hawker's food, is not well known for being clean...have you watch how they prepare the food...if you do, it all put you off, eating for a long time. That goes for the fast food joints...NEVER VISIT THE KITCHEN!!.
Chinatown Complex hawker centre's standards have also dropped a little. Already I see some stalls have closed shop for good.
Lucky they never charge you more for such nice soup so better dont complain.
the extra bacteria for vege fermentation come from their spit which is infested by their rotten teeth from utter lack of dental hygiene. every time they open their mouths and talk in the kitchen, a billion nasty bacteria fall on the food they're preparing. that's even nastier than the rotten vege they pick up from the ground. :*:
