everybody who never serve even one day in uniform can be a member of SAF reservist club for free by applying for dbs card. wheras singaporean men who wore army green from 18 to 40yo must pay for membership fee.

no chance i can be a safra member as i wont pay for annual membership fee and i boycott dbs services.
