The cost of organizing Brazil World Cup is higher than South Africa WC + Germany WC + Korea/Japan WC.
I think the only country in the world tat should hold such international events is ah tiong land. They have the money n resources n dont mind the.disruptions it causes. They can built 10 stadiums etc overnight n hold it in an ulu city to generate development. Also they get to ent er the games as a host. So good for them...
Even Vietnam announced that they are giving up the rights to host 2019 Asian Games. They didn't get much done after 2 years of preparation.
