I opine this case wont have gone to court if there werent any negative publicity. They could have dealt with this internally through PSC. But after all the kpkb, they lan lan charge to appease.

This case is going to be a landmark case because the charge is unusual. It's like you arrested someone for rape and after the investigation he gets charged for lying to the investigator that he was not in the house when it happenned.
There is no doubt that he is going to get kicked out of his job. But the inability for CPIB to frame a charge despite he manipulating the tender system to such a degree one wonders what they actually do.
