No To A PAP Coalition

Wants and reality are different.
A PAP that wins 75% vote is a different animal from a PAP that get 50.1%. In a hypothetical situation where PAP is going to get 55% and continue to be the gov, wouldn't it be preferable if opposition could play the coalition card and reduce PAP vote count to sub 50% resulting in a coalition? Never say never in politics, we just can't rule out this possibility.

Any party which has 50.1% has a majority and can form the govt. It doesnt need a coalition.
I worry that a pap with 50.1% may be very vengeful and may wreck havoc on Singaporeans. A wounded pap with 49.9% can be very unpredictable indeed
I want to see a pap with less than 49.9% and no other party wants to join its coalition. How sweet it will be if results show:
All Opposition parties forming coalition govt with 51% and pap gets kicked into being the Opposition with 49%
If all oppo parties subscribe to one common objective of removing pappies as the ruling party and take on pappies on one to one fight in any GRC or SMC, then pappies may lose the right to form Govt.
Unfortunately, there are certain oppo parties which like to self destruct and they go for 3 corner fights when knowing threesome is beneficial only to the pappies.

Agree. To knock out the pap, Singaporeans have to do ttheir part. Likewise, all Opposition parties must do their part too and work together with the main aim of knocking out the pap
Some opposition parties are pap moles and they are set-up to confuse Singaporeans, to tarnish the opposition and to split the opposition.
All Singaporeans and all genuine Opposition parties must expose these moles and strongly reject them and cause them to lose their deposits. Look at SDA's Desmond Lim in PE BE

Harbans Singh really did injustice to the Opposition Parties and he caused some political harm to Singapore
