Just heard in CNN reporting Malaysia disclosed to CNN that their jets were scrambled when MH370 turned back into Malaysia airspace. This disclosure after 32 days of criticism of RMAF of doing nothing. Do you believe this shit?

Ok it's a little different from what I heard from CNN on the TV but similar here is the report from the above link:-

MH370 search: CNN told RMAF sent search aircraft on day plane went missing

Published: Thursday April 10, 2014 MYT 10:46:00 PM

PETALING JAYA: RMAF scrambled a search aircraft at around 8am, soon after Malaysia Airlines reported that its plane was missing, Malaysian sources told CNN.

The aircraft took off before authorities corroborated data indicating that the plane turned back westward, a senior Malaysian government official told CNN.

But the air force did not inform the Department of Civil Aviation or search and rescue operations until three days later, March 11, a source involved in the investigation told CNN.

CNN also learnt that MH370's pilot, Capt Zaharie Ahmad Shah, was the last person on the jet to speak to air traffic controllers, telling them "Good night, Malaysian three-seven-zero."

The sources said there was nothing unusual about his voice, which betrayed no indication that he was under stress.

One of the sources, an official involved in the investigation, told CNN that police played the recording to five other Malaysia Airlines pilots who knew the pilot and co-pilot.

"There were no third-party voices," the source said.

Flight MH370 disappeared from military radar for about 120 nautical miles after it crossed back over the Malaysian Peninsula, sources say. Based on available data, this means the plane must have dipped in altitude to between 4,000 and 5,000 feet, a senior Malaysian government official and a source involved in the investigation tell CNN.

The dip could have been programmed into the computers controlling the plane as an emergency maneuver, said aviation expert David Soucie.

"The real issue here is it looks like - more and more - somebody in the cockpit was directing this plane and directing it away from land," said CNN aviation analyst and former National Transportation Safety Board Managing Director Peter Goelz.

"And it looks as though they were doing it to avoid any kind of detection."

But former U.S. Department of Transportation Inspector General Mary Schiavo was not convinced.

She said the reported dip could have occurred in response to a loss of pressure, to reach a level where pressurization was not needed and those aboard the plane would have been able to breathe without oxygen, or to get out of the way of commercial traffic, which typically flies at higher altitudes.

That would have been necessary had the plane's transponder been turned off and it lost communications. "If you don't have any communications, you need to get out of other traffic," Schiavo said.

"We still don't have any motive and any evidence of a crime yet," she said, adding that most radar can track planes at altitudes below 4,000 feet, so the plane's descent may not have indicated any attempt for whoever was controlling it to hide.

She held out hope that the black boxes hold the answers and that they will be found soon.

Flight MH370, carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew, left the KL International Airport at 12.41am and disappeared from radar screens about an hour later, while over the South China Sea. It was to have arrived in Beijing at 6.30am on the same day.

A multinational search was mounted for the aircraft, first in the South China Sea and then, after it was learned that the plane had veered off course, along two corridors - the northern corridor stretching from the border of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan to northern Thailand and the southern corridor, from Indonesia to the southern Indian Ocean.

Following analysis of satellite data, it was concluded that MH370 flew along the southern corridor and that its last position was in the middle of the Indian Ocean, west of Perth.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak announced on March 24, 17 days after the disappearance of the aircraft, that Flight MH370 "ended in the southern Indian Ocean". The search continues there.

It is astounding that a blackbox which is deliberately and repeatedly sending out high frequency signals for long periods cannot be positively identified and exact position pinpointed by so many surface vessels equipped with special detection electronic devices!

That means all the ASW tactics are BULL SHIT. Even the CHINA ship was so cockup, it detected it's own ship noises as blackbox pings. SSBNs (Ballistic missile subs) , SSNs (attack subs) and stealth subs would have sunk all the surface assets and still live to get away UNDETECTED.

Why waste time with armies or NS conscription? Just get a few subs loaded with Nuclear missiles manned by a small crew ( less than Company size) and park it in deep waters 1600km from shore and obliterate land targets with impunity.

Why American so smart not bother to search in South China Sea and fly straight to Indian Ocean mounting the sea hunt operation of the missing plane? why the plane maker so silent? can the pilot fly the plane at 40,000ft ht.? Big secrete!!!

Rumours are rife even here in Phnom Penh about the 370 fiasco. Here's the latest I heard.

From the offset of the incident, right about where the plane turned back off Vietnam, the pilot was already talking to the powers that be in Malaysia, principally to release Anwar. The plane then flew above 40K feet to knock out everyone on the plane, an action most probably initiated by the pilot. The plane then flew for a few hours in Malaysian airspace, still negotiating. We could only surmise that releasing Anwar is not a subject Najib wanted to discuss. The pilot then flew South and crashed into the deeps of the Indian ocean when it ran out of fuel.

That it is somewhere under 4,500m in one of the most treacherous sea must be a great relief for Najib who would like to see this episode put away, but it is not likely going to be as easy as Alantuya. China is baying for blood for her 100+ citizens, not doing so would be extremely unhealthy for Xi Jinping, who is embarking on a silent purge of political foes and, many suspect, in an endeavor to bring China back to the days of Mao Tze Tung. The Americans, with their sophisticated monitoring and listening are aware of the in-flight negotiations and tight-lipped of the entire incident, because Malaysia is deemed a 'conservative' Muslim nation and this is their chance to get on their 'right' side.

If it ever comes to light that the passengers of MH370 were sacrificed because Malaysia does not want to release Anwar, the consequence will be horrendous. Class action suits will be filed and USD10M per passenger will be awarded. The insurance companies will not be liable to pay. All in Malaysian stands to see USD3-5B burned. MAS will probably cease to exist, as will BN.

But, it is only a rumor.

But, WTF do I care?

This rumor insults the intelligence of the pilot captain of MH370.
Let's say Najib agrees to release Anwar.........then plane reaches Beijing and no incident.
After that, pilot returns to Malaysia and then what? Najib takes back his word and both pilot
and Anwar go to jail.

You think the pilot is so stupid? I dun think you're so stupid to think the pilot is so stupid, right?
