If you plan to pen in anything juicy, make sure you are able to prove it, otherwise you may get sued for whatever they can bring against you in court. And if it is not juicy, nobody will want to read it. Cronyism isn't against the law, its part of the way our world works. People may not like it, but put them in the position, most will be like that.
