There's already a common pseudonym for CGH, which stands for Cannot Go Home.
Seriously, most of the infrastructure problems in Sinkie Land today are due to the mismanagement and poor planning by the PAP government. They have allowed so much foreigners without giving due care to improving and building the required infrastructures.
Take the MRT, buses, hospitals, HDB flats, etc. All the woes with these providers today is due to insufficient capacity with the much higher demand, and who had created those extra demand, other than the PAP government. If that bastard Mah Bow Tan is still in charge of HDB today, I can bet you owing to the shortage of new flats, the waiting queue will stretch for more than 3 years.
Only now then they realized that the MRT is plague with so many problems all due to inattention being given to their maintenance by the previous management.
If those scholar ministers had been proactive and foresee all these problems, Sinkie Land today would be a better place to live in, despite the growth in its population. So, who else to blame you ask me? Take filthy high (highest PM salary in this planet) remunerations, but cannot produce the results. Shame to them indeed.

The answer lies in how much money you have, whom you know, who is your 'daddy' or "mummy" or "ah gong" or "ah ma"...or 'cousin"...the list is long.....
"whom you know"...you call for an ambulance to take you to the hospital...quietly the emergency department people would have assembled a team of people who will be there transparently waiting for you & you will be admitted to ICU...."how mush money you have", you can go to any of the private hospitals...where waiting time is minimal & bigger your wallet....the faster & medical team specific to your condition will be waiting for you..unlike the regular hospital , where the "houseman" , the junior doc or the doc on duty attends to you & FIND OUT where you should be heading for treatment..."who your daddy is"....ahh! you can hire the 'concorde' Now, it is the Airbus 380 or the drealiner, to get you back if it is more than many hours away...or clear traffic on the way to hospital if you are in SINgapore etc..
MONEY holds the key to your existence in that situation...what the F$#$^k the use if you support PAP...& whom you know...& who you are related to...
Selecting a hospital in Spore is like selecting a hotel. There are 2 star, 3 star, 4 star,....... & up. Many of the top hotels have concierge services likewise so do the hospitals.
They even have a grand piano in their lobby
