This clip went viral on Youtube a few days ago. My question to you automobile-phobes is just who is responsible for this accident?
If it's the Mazda, then I would hate to be their insurance company. Who'd want to get slapped with a bill for a dented Lambo?

Agree with both of you, the bull was speeding alright.

By the way how much will a sports car like this cost in Singapore and UK?

Singapore: S$1.2 mil
UK: £300,000 = S$600,000

That Lambo was speeding, but he had the right of way, because the Mazda was turning into his lane.

very obvious it's Lambo fault, simple reason they are kissing and making love in the car if not why after the accident still stay in the car for fuck.

People who drive Lambos usually aren't very good drivers. The need for self-validation, the need to haolian and rev your engines loudly has overridden common sense. I had personally witnessed THREE reckless Lambo drivers at the Hill Street/Stamford Road region almost causing accidents. One of them was about to turn left at a junction, stopped and then tried to reverse into a long trail of cars behind the Lambo.

They can work out the speed of the Lambo from the video. It was definitely over the speed limit for the 2 lane street so Lambo driver was breaking the law

Btw, who walks around with a recording camera? It's quite high resolution too...

Fucking Mazda driver should be shot at dawn on an empty stomach.

2 issues here: who bears liability for accident, and Lambo's high speed (easily 120 km/h judging from video).

1. Mazda was turning from side street with 'STOP' line into main road, so Lambo had right of way. Liability for accident damages to be borne by Mazda 80-20.

2. Lambo was guilty of speeding, so should be charged for exceeding speed limit.

Even if a driver stops and checks at the stop sign, there's no way to avoid an accident if the other car comes too fast.

So the fault still lies with the speeding lambo.

Please show us your calculations.

Used a stop watch to time the duration from the appearance of the Lambo to the time it hit the Mazda – about 0.4s
Distance travelled in that time ~ about 3 car lengths = 13.5 m
Speed = 13.5/0.4 x 3,600 ~ 122 km/h

After 1st impact to the time the Lambo came to a stop, it was still going at about 80 km/h.

1 - The lambor guy was speeding as can be seen from the crash. The Lambor took some distance to stop after the crash because of the speed momentum.

2- The Mazda guy underestimate the speed of the Lambor guy and thought he had enough time and distance to turn before the Lambor guy catches up.

If the Mazda had stopped at the 'STOP' line on the side road, and turned into the main road after the Lambo had passed, there would have been no accident.

Right of way goes to vehicle travelling straight on the main road, not to vehicles turning into the road.

Correct. He underestimated the speed of the Lambo, which had the right of way.

If Lambor guy didn't speed, Mazda guy should have enough time and distance to turn. The Lambor guy shouldn't speed as it is difficult for the Mazda guy to judge if oncoming traffic is speeding. Even if Lambor guy have the right of way, he should be more careful on the road and shouldn't speed.

Agree. That's why the Lambo guy should be charged by the Traffic Police for speeding and reckless driving, and fined (or jailed) accordingly.

But liability for accident is with the Mazda driver. So bulk of cost of damages will be footed by Mazda's insurance.

The root caused of this problem is PAPPY, hence the party responsible should be pappy.
Becos pappy allows these bastards to own a driving license, and purchase sports car. pappy is also responsible for the roads design. Worst if the driver happened to be a ft.
