I haven't thoroughly dug my nostrils for a long time and decide to do a solid clean job just now.

I reached in deep and scraped off whatever I could

There was a large booger that I tasted and found to be sweet

Strange, how can peesai be sweet? Any explanation?

It's something to do with the painful balls. You need to get that treated first.
