Which Chump in MDA implemented the Cross Carriage crap?

That chump would be Rear Admiral Lui Tuck Yew. This guy is a walking disaster. Not only did his cross-carriage plans not work it was even went against International laws that have been put into place by even our own government. In the end only minor changes were made but it was all for the good of the broadcasters and of course Temasek. This FUCKYEW is a our version of Comical Ali. For the PAPzis as long as the peasants are made to pay more and have less time to think about politics and social issues then so much the better.

Overly patriotic Sinkies love to disparage the Mudlands north and south of Singapore, but they pay pittance and get full sports coverage on tv. Even Thailand gets a good deal.

Here is the crux of Leegime rule: to extricate the maximum amount of money from Sinkies, while giving back the least possible in return. Pay tv, utilities, food, education, transport, healthcare, housing... you name it, they leech it.
