MyRepublic is the best.
For me, it's Starhub. They've been around the longest and have managed to leverage across all platforms (Mobile/Landline, Cable TV and Broadband) pretty well.

Malaysian service providers here do a better job for they are much more powerful then "Mighty Singapore".
In Woodlands and Sembawang and even in Changi areas Malaysian and even telekomsel takes over.
