New budget 2014 need approval from Parliment first but I heard it is up to the State to implement as land is a State matter. You never know..maybe Penang also do not implement.
hasn't Penang already implemented higher min purchase price?? , and much higher! it's 1M for condo, 2m for landed for foreigner. thank lim kit siang.
So after the budget approval, will penang lower down their min purchase for foreigner from 2M to 1M for landed??

in squarish block design, careful of buying 3 bedder intermediate unit.. likely two rooms with window facing corridor or facing neighbor's window inside airwell. i agree. many condo in m'sia have not reached singapore standards.
