A STOMPer said this man placed his hand on her butt while they were on a crowded train this morning (Sep 20) during the peak hour.

Said the STOMPer:

"Beware of this guy! He is a molester.

"I was on the train this morning when I felt something on my butt.

"I thought it was somebody's bag but turned around and saw this man's hand.

"He then went to sit down when there was an empty seat and I took this picture.
