When Aung San Suu Kyi was “irresponsible” and entangled with the government, did everyone in her party became demoralised and quit the NLD? When Nelson Mandela was “irresponsible” and entangled with the authority, did everyone in his party felt discouraged and left the ANC? When Lech Walesa was “irresponsible” and entangled with the regime, did everyone in his party became disinterested and desolidified the Solidarity Movement?


Indeed, as their leaders became more “irresponsible” and entangled, their supporters became more motivated, encouraged and interested.


Then why is the WP chief eunuch making such irresponsible remark…….Perhaps, he is speaking from his own personal experience and sharing his personal feelings: that he was demoralized, discouraged and disinterested when JBJ was entangled with the PAP.


The Vichy WP’s character cannot be compared with the Opposition members in Burma, South Africa and Poland, these so-called Second World or Third World Democracies who have stood with their leaders through all those difficult time while the WP chief eunuch abandoned his leader in time of crisis.


If the Vichy WP chief eunuch has no ball to stand up against the PAP regime and to stand up for his entangled leader, then he should stop belittling and insulting his former boss and Resistance Opposition parties for being “irresponsible”.
