EX-NUS PRC scholar made disparaging remarks about Singapore Govt over property curbs - report

Wu Di came to Singapore to study on a SIF-RI scholarship in 2000 before receiving a MOE PRC scholarship to study in Victoria Junior College. He then went on to major in Physics in NUS also on a MOE scholarship.

According to his post, he has since left Singapore, but not before leaving some harsh words for the Singapore government:

“The ****ing Singapore government has just announced the most ridiculous rules to property market with the most ridiculous reason that ****ingly spoils everybody’s financial plans.”




He also revealed that he has left the ‘fxxking island’ to live in Phuket and it seems like he is unlikely to return soon.

Like NUS PRC scholar Sun Xu who called Singaporeans ‘dogs’, Wu Di has his secondary, junior college and university education paid for entirely by Singapore’s taxpayers.

The number of such foreign scholars who are invited to study in Singapore for FREE and then leave Singapore for good upon the completion of their studies here remains a mystery.
