Enterprising immigrants from China, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Taiwan.. every Asian country under the sun have set up companies so that specialise in establishing trade and business links for Kiwi businesses wanting to venture into Asia while prominent Kiwis have already extended their roots beyond NZ shores. EG former NZ PM Jenny Shipley is on the board of the China Construction Bank for the specific purpose of cementing business ties between the two countries.
