Dont think they can sell so fast within weeks lah , locals cant accept such high prices. Foreigner quotas should be about 30% only.
...well am part of the 30% quota, which when I commit left about 10% for foreigner....the advantage is you have a free choice of all remaining units including the other 70%, there is no bumi lots.....so they are either looking at SPR or investors from KL.
For the location, size and furnishing. IMO is quite a good bargain. Congrat.

All developers would love to but no choice lah, they are governed by their state regulations on the quota.

....sign S&P yesterday for a unit at Phase 2, nothing on the letter from developer indicating anything about free stay at KSL and alarm system as per advert.......just the built in as per indicated in OTP....hope these have not been withdrawn......anyway good to hear fellow taman residents discussing on how to make it a nice place to live....
