Man puts up poster to mock loan sharks

Harassed by loan sharks, he didn’t want to play the victim any longer. Especially when his family were not the ones who had borrowed money from them.

So the polytechnic student pasted a profanity-laced poster with his photo on it outside his unit, ridiculing the intelligence of the loan shark runners.

He took a picture of the poster and posted it on his Facebook page. His act of bravado might not have gone down well with his father, but he has become a mini-celebrity online, with strangers asking to be his "friend".

Within four hours, the poster had been “shared” over 400 times.
