Singapore is not signatory to the UN Refugee convention. It doesn't take refugees of any age.

    Noted.

Just making a point about Foreign Talent, esp the $ import of overseas talents for the purposes of winning medals, and expect the citizens to take national pride in the FTs. No Olympic spirit.

In an ugly and unhappy world the richest man can purchase nothing but ugliness and unhappiness.

Hehe I was watching the ladies 10k yesterday and it struck me even in my prime my PB could not even keep up with them in the first 6 rounds for IPPT.

    There is a difference.
Mo Farah was accepted as a Brit before he was discovered as an athletics talent.
Feng Tianwei and Co were given Sinkie passports just so that they could win Olympic medals.

The China TT players reminds me of the Zola Budd affair back at the 1984 Olympics. A real public relations disaster for British Athletics at the time.

PAP is right to do so, we dun want asylum seekers coming to singapore. that is disgusting.
too bad, though they get rid of asylum seekers, they open the floodgate for cheap and useless FT.

That's where Ben Johnson trained all Jamaicans to become great sprinters in the O-Lim-Pig 100m & 200m today!
