How come there is a need for 2 types - infractions and reported posts.

When infractions add up to 10, the member is banned for 24 hours.

Reported posts don't result in automatic bans. It just sends a message to the admins.

I notice there is icon for Reported Post. Where is icon for Infraction?
Is it that Star of David icon, where if we disagree, it is an infraction?

The icon for infractions is right next to the icon for reported posts. However, it isn't visible to those who don't have infraction power.
