Do not understand why the Festival of Praise can not go on without CHC, if this was a praise service in which all denomination of Christianity attends & why must in involve one & one church only? Unless that particular church is 'milking' money out of this? should the big "canon" have a contigency plan? or logistics, planning, etc should be done by an independent contractor?? unless they have not prayed to God for his mercies & guidance and hae been connived by a Con Hee Fatt Choy!! Yes. It does not require the approval or endorsement by a "higher" authority for a religion (or cult) to be successful but the acknowledgement and acceptance by the common masses for it to pull through. In other words, religion and government aren't much different from each other. It is the masses that count, the individual doesn't mean much.

There are many venues available if they didn't mind open air.
