Pasir Ris Punggol GRC feel the heat

Ah Gan announce going to build a community centre beside Buangkok MRT. This location is just a bus-stop away from Aljunied GRC...it shows that TCH is wary LTK will lead his forces to his GRC in next election.
This project is a strategic move because that area is a rally location in the last election...so by building a CC there it has eradicate a potential danger if WP was to attack PP GRC in 2016. So next election they have to change a rally spot which is definately further away from Ajunied GRC.

That area already develop more than 3years...previously rule by Teo Ser Luck....do nothing!!!
Now change GTP who have a better image than TSL....annoucing a confirmed project by building a CC and pushing for a market/hawker centre. This means market/hawker not confirm but CC confirmed...why?? market/hawker centre is definately more important than CC!!!

i ask you all who go to CC everyday???their course now is so expensive!!!even with passion card on average we got to pay around $60.00 for a 4 lesson course!!!!market and hawker centre is different everyday people go there buy food and meet neighbours lots of bonding there!!!

Well UNLESS for the next 4 years, PAP done a TERRIBLE JOB or very NEGATIVE NEWS on them. Who knows it might turn the table around. It is difficult but not impossible.

huh? are you sure? that would place the new CC within sight on the punggol south CC at ave 6. 2 CCs within walking distance of each other. So now the CC inside WP hougang, so must make a new CC to replace?

why are you so sure??Any specific reason care to share??
PP GRC consider safe because of SDA lousy brand....if WP were to go there thats a different story!!!
What i want to emphase is that TCH do wary of LTK...and took some pre-caution if they kena attack in the next election.

Pasir Ris- Punggol is basically a GRC which has many young couples as well as foreigners / new citizens.
It's true that SDA is a lousy brand, judging by what some of my friends who live in the area said when they had "no choice" but to vote in PAP in the last elections. All of them said had WP contested, it would have been a different story...
PAP can only pray that WP does not throw their hat into the ring and that the new FT / citizens would continue backing them...
