no longer. vancouver dedicated a tract of land outside the city on the highway to the airport for buildings of all religious flavors, from mosque to synagogue to hindu temple to buddhist temple to sikh temple to church. the highway is sometimes called the highway to heaven. drifter will not like it.

Jerusalem is even closer. It just opposite walls. In Singapore, it considered downright offensive to see another religious building from the entrance. Show me a visible opposing religious building that is opposite one another. They be pissed off with the chants, hymms, prayers of one another.
