After watching the rally and news report, by now you know PAP are acting like Raffia to bully opposition.
What is next...depending on which votes you choose. If you choose PAP here is what you will get:
You will be screwed next by PAP after they are done with opposition during the rally.
Those who owe Town council or did not pay on time will immediately received warning letter from PAP urging you to pay up or face the law.
You open space will be narrowed by lots of hacking and work that serve no purpose to your neighbourhood.
All the void decks will be taken away for more PAP RC to pamper their dogs.
You will be made to pay all upgrading amenities which you might not need. In the past it was FOC under WP
Your town council fee will be increased.
You risked having Hougang taken off Singapore map and merged with AMK GRC
Your town may not be as clean as what PAP promised. Look at other PAP run town council, even some parts of PAP towns look horribly unsightly.
Your town might get a hospice facilities if PAP decided there are space for it.
Some neighbourhood shops might be forced to vacate making Hougang a less friendly place to live.
There is no flexibility in PAP MPS. Their MPs are just wayang.
