Dude I believe there's fairness - if you make yourself known in the organization. Sinkies I know are too chickens to voice out... Slowly and surely, they will be replaced by others who can over-promise or sell themselves well. The workforce in Oz is brutal too ! I am thankful due to liability reasons, my profession is required under the law and u will exploit it to the fullest :-)
